Every year, KSG conducts a management assessment program with each of our clients. The process, which includes a formal assessment survey, analysis of responses, and mutual discussion, is in place to ensure that our clients' expectations are being met or exceeded, and to proactively identify upcoming changes in their needs. - I believe that KSG has gone above and beyond what I might have expected of a management firm. With my interactions, anything I needed was handled, any concerns I had were addressed.
